INTERIOR DESIGNER (Hospitality Design Focus)

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in Interior Design or Architecture, with a focus on hospitality projects.
    • Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
    • ⁠Must love cats and dogs.
    • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta, or Bali.
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential to communicate with international clients and global projects.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervised preparation of documents during schematic design and design development phases;
    • Specification of furniture and fixtures;
    • Developing material and finish palettes;
    • Documenting design in contract documents.
