SANTI ALAYSIUS
Co-Founder & Principal of Design
Santi is an award-winning interior designer with over 20 years of international experience. She began her career in New York and Chicago, honing her expertise in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Known for her ability to create refined spaces using locally sourced materials, Santi combines her backgrounds in design, art, fashion, and her knowledge on market insight to deliver sophisticated and functional designs. Her work has been featured in renowned publications like Wallpaper UK, Elle Décor, and Hospitality Design Magazine. As co-founder of Domisilium Studio, she has led acclaimed projects such as Indonesia’s first design hotel, Kosenda Hotel, and collaborated with global clients like Nike, Marriott International, Hilton and Accor.
Beyond design, Santi is dedicated to education and innovation. In 2018, she co-founded DMDIO, a company specializing in product and exhibition design to support local and international brands. A graduate of The Art Institute of Seattle and The Illinois Institute of Art, Santi balances her professional achievements with a passion for teaching at LaSalle Design College in Jakarta and fostering Indonesia’s creative industry. Fluent in Indonesian and English, with conversational knowledge of Chinese and French, Santi brings a global perspective and deep industry insight to every project.
HAMPHREY TEDJA
Co-Founder & Principal of Operations
With over two decades of experience in architecture and interior design, Hamphrey has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential developments, commercial spaces, and hospitality venues across the United States and Southeast Asia. A graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, he combines technical expertise with an exceptional eye for detail, creating spaces that are functional, inviting, and timeless. As co-founder of Domisilium Studio, Hamphrey has collaborated with prestigious brands such as Nike, Marriott International, Hilton and Accor, earning recognition as one of Indonesia’s A-List Interior Designers by Elle Décor in 2013.
In 2018, Hamphrey and his partner expanded their creative endeavors with DMDIO, a product and exhibition design company that supports local talents and manufacturers in bringing original designs to global markets. Known for his innovative approach, resourcefulness, and strong leadership, Hamphrey ensures every project is executed flawlessly, from concept to completion.
THIO FRANSISCA
Human Resource Director
As a psychology graduate with Cum Laude honor, and over a decade of HR experience, Fransisca leads Domisilium Studio’s HR Department. She oversees recruitment, talent development, payroll, and legal compliance, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the studio’s organizational goals. Her expertise extends to financial administration, business contract reviews, and shaping management policies to enhance team effectiveness.
Passionate about fostering a supportive workplace culture, Sisca brings warmth to the team with her thoughtful gestures, like cooking for colleagues. An animal lover, she also cares for the office cats, earning the affectionate nickname “Mama Meong,” and creating a workplace where both people and creativity thrive.
JIMMY LEONARDO
Associate, Domisilium Studio Jakarta
Jimmy is a distinguished interior design graduate from Binus University Jakarta with Magna Cum Laude honor. With almost a decade of growth in Domisilium Studio, he has led multiple distinguished hospitality and commercial projects that left an impact in the industry.
As one of the seniors in the company, Jimmy excels at managing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering growth through knowledge sharing. Technical proficiency is one of his strongest assets, ensuring every project is executed with precision, seamlessly integrating functionality and aesthetics.
Beyond design, Jimmy draws inspiration from a passion for architecture, art, travel, and video games, which fuel his creativity and innovation. His curiosity about learning new technologies and understanding how things work drives continuous personal and professional growth.
OCTAVIA TUNGGAL
Associate, Domisilium Studio Bali
Octavia Tunggal is a distinguished architect with a degree in Architecture from Tarumanagara University, graduating with honors. With over a decade of experience, including eight years at Domisilium Studio Jakarta, she now serves as Associate at Domisilium Studio’s Bali satellite office, where she spearheads projects across the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Renowned for her comprehensive approach to design, Octavia possesses a deep understanding of the interplay between architecture and interior design. She excels in creating seamless integrations of structural functionality, aesthetic harmony, and ergonomic precision. Her work reflects a commitment to enhancing the interaction between people and spaces, fostering environments that promote psychological well-being and elevate human experiences.
Octavia’s passion for design is complemented by her interests in travel and psychology, which inform her perspective and enrich her ability to create spaces that resonate on both functional and emotional levels.
